The Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the backbone of our platform. You will design and implement scalable services, ensure data integrity, and lead the implementation of security best practices in a healthcare context.
Technical Expertise
- Expert Rust programming
- Privacy & Security protocols
- RBAC & Access Control implementation
- High-performance HTTP/WebSockets
- PostgreSQL & Database optimization
- Distributed systems (Redis, etc.)
- AWS / GCP infrastructure
- Bonus: HIPAA compliance & FHIR protocols
Qualifications
Exceptional Academic Background
Strong academic record from top-tier institutes (IITs for example)
Experience
5-10 years preferred, with experience building high-security enterprise services.
Soft Skills & Values
