The Role
As a Senior/Staff AI Engineer, you will be in charge of developing, evaluating, and tuning AI services such as speech-to-text, document summarization, graph query engines, and agentic tooling.
Technical Expertise
- LLM inference & fine-tuning
- Speech-to-Text & TTS optimization
- RAG and Agentic AI development
- RLHF & Human-in-the-loop orchestration
- GPU programming
- Graph Databases
- Bonus: Medical record AI experience
Qualifications
Exceptional Academic Background
Strong academic record from top-tier institutes (IITs for example)
Experience
5-10 years preferred, with experience building leading enterprise AI projects.
Soft Skills & Values
Applying first-principles thinking and rigorous evaluation to solve complex AI challenges.
Passion for the product and contributing ideas to stay at the top of the game.
