Health Records

Upload, view, and share your medical documents securely.

1

Open Records

Click My Records in the top navigation (or Records in the mobile bottom bar). This is your central hub for all uploaded documents.

2

Upload a document

Click Upload Document, select a PDF or image file, give it a name and category (e.g. Lab Report, Prescription), then save. Documents are stored securely and only visible to you and providers you explicitly share with.

Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC. There is no hard size limit, but large files may take longer to upload.

3

Records shared by providers

When a provider uploads a document to your chart (e.g. a prescription or lab result), it appears in a separate Provider Shared section on your Records page. You did not upload these — they were added by your care team.

4

Records from another patient's profile

If you are a trusted contact for a family member or caregiver, you can view their shared records by navigating to their profile at Patient → Profile → [Name] → Records. Access is only granted if they have explicitly shared records with you.

Trusted contact access is managed by the record owner — you cannot request it yourself.

5

AI Record Search

On your Records page you can use Query Records to ask plain-language questions about your own documents, for example: "What was my last cholesterol reading?" The AI searches through your uploaded and provider-shared files and returns a sourced answer.

AI search requires an active subscription. Results cite the source document so you can verify the answer.
